Our programs, courses, mentorships, and educational resources have been independently created to help guide aspiring beauty professionals through the boutique registration and licensing process while providing education related to professionalism, sanitation, beauty business development, and industry preparation.

We provide general educational guidance based on publicly available information, industry knowledge, and current Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board requirements at the time of training. However, all applicants are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the most current rules, regulations, laws, application requirements, and policies established by the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board.

Empire Beauty Bar does not issue licenses, certifications, registrations, approvals, or guarantees of acceptance by the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board. Final approval decisions remain solely with the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board.

We do not encourage, advise, or support any actions that violate state board laws, sanitation requirements, licensing regulations, or professional standards.
